Buz comes from a managerial background with over 10 years in leadership roles from various business fields. He has worked for Verizon, Liberty National, Cooper Communities, Thomas Nelson Publishers (Varsity) and IBM. His passion for learning began while working for IBM during his formative years in Rochester Minnesota where IBM was nationally recognized with the Malcom Baldridge Award for quality in Manufacturing and Engineering.
